In providing Option one listing - Seller will be responsible for creating, printing and publishing their own flyers, holding open houses and providing and payment of own advertising. The listing office will only provide you with a lock box, calling to have a sign put up which includes sign and flyer box. Listing office will also publish your listing in the multiple listing service and help negotiate contracts. (Seller agrees that a selling office commission will remain at 3% to selling office)
OPTION TWO

Listing office will provide sign, flyer box and lock box, as well as prepare flyers which includes, creating, publishing and printing. Listing office will hold open houses, brokers open and market your property to other real estate offices and to general public, will publish your listing in the multiple listing service. Provide lock box, will provide sign, flyer box as well as prepare flyers which includes, creating, publishing and printing. negotiate contracts.
